Printing is where factory-direct changes the math most. Importers quote branded mailers at 50,000–100,000 piece minimums because the print run happens an ocean away. We print in 1–3 colors on runs a fraction of that size, so a growing brand can ship branded from the first pallet.
Plate charges are quoted upfront and amortize across repeat runs — on a standing program the plate disappears into fractions of a cent per piece. Artwork is checked by a person before anything runs.
