A poly bubble mailer is a laminated construction: an opaque polyethylene face bonded to 3/16" bubble film, folded and sealed into a padded envelope with a peel-and-seal lip. Ours run on the industry-standard #000 to #7 size chart, so they slot straight into any packing operation or marketplace listing.
Because we extrude the bubble film and convert the mailer in the same plant, you buy at factory pricing — and custom colors, sizes and print runs don't require a container-load commitment. White, black, blue and pink film are stocked; other colors are quoted per run.

Are the sizes the same as the mailers I buy today?
Yes — #000 through #7 are the industry-standard dimensions used across North America, so our mailers are drop-in replacements for what you currently stock.
What is the minimum order?
Far below import minimums — typically a few thousand pieces per size for stock colors. Exact minimums are confirmed on your quote.
Can I mix sizes on one order?
Yes. Orders can combine sizes and colors on one truck — that's one of the advantages of buying from the factory rather than importing.
