A bubble bag is the mailer's inner life without the facing: pure bubble cushioning formed into a pouch. Open-end bags feed packing lines; lip-and-tape versions close like a mailer for resale or reuse. Both are cut to your dimensions on the same converting machines as our mailers.
For retail, we kit bags into multi-packs — header card, hang hole, outer bag — ready for the shelf or the marketplace listing. Anti-static pink bubble is available for electronics.

Common questions
What's the difference between a bubble bag and a mailer?
A mailer has an outer facing (poly or kraft) laminated over the bubble and is made to ship on its own. A bubble bag is bubble only — protection inside another container, or resale packaging.
Can you make retail packs under my brand?
Yes — header cards print with your artwork, and the kitted pack ships shelf-ready. This is one of our most common private-label programs.
