Kraft & poly lamination
Facing bonded to bubble — the padded-mailer construction.
Hot-melt lamination bonds kraft paper or opaque poly film to our extruded bubble, producing the laminated web that every padded mailer is converted from.

A padded mailer is only as good as its lamination — delamination in the parcel network is how cheap mailers fail. We run hot-melt adhesive laydown between facing and bubble, tuned per facing family: kraft laminates take a full adhesive coat, poly facings a lighter one.
Facings stocked: natural and white kraft paper, and poly film in white, black, blue and pink. Printed facings run through the same laminator, so branded mailers use an identical construction to stock.
